My name is Angela Romano and I love fitness! Plan and simple, I love it! I have been in the fitness industry since 2000. I graduated from Towson University with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology and hit the ground running to grow my fitness businesses. Sports are very important in my life. My 9 year old daughter plays competitive soccer and my husband is a ultra adventure athletes, so our house is always buzzing with nutrition & training ideas. My own personal training program consists of everything. I enjoy lifting, crossfit, running, playing sports like field hockey and staying in the best shape of my life. I love healthy food and nutrition and encourage everyone to look at what they are really eating! When it comes to clients, my passion is helping make people better. I believe there is no one training plan for everyone and all clients are different. I love to help clients realize the energy they have inside and the goals they can reach!
What is your ultimate goal?
Business Goals: to keep growing my business
Physical Goal: To stay in the best shape I can, keep getting stronger each day! Spiritual Goal: Keep growing in my faith and happiness
How do you motivate yourself to achieve this goal?
I work each day to be 1% better then yesterday.
What is your best sport memory?
Playing field hockey with my closest friends! And the grind! I love the grind of training to be better, stronger, faster! I still follow this type of training for myself!
Who is your role model?
I don’t have one particular role model. I draw motivation and strength from so many people that I meet each day!
What is your favorite training exercise and why?
I love so many! I love sprints, running, running stairs, plyometrics, strength training, cross fit, core, HIIT…. BURPEES!!! I LOVE BURPEES!!!!!!
