Tell us a little bit about yourself…

I started life as an orphan in Russia and now live in Pittsburgh PA, USA attending college at the University of Pittsburgh with a major in Exercise Science along with a great background in Nutrition. I’m currently 5’11 190lbs and have around 11% bodyfat. I am a full-time student, currently work part-time at GNC, and also run my own online business for health coaching!

What is your ultimate goal?

My ultimate goal is becoming a sponsored athlete in order to travel the world, participate in different sporting/fitness events, and promote a healthy lifestyle for others. I’m also interested in investing in my own Gym Facility/Franchise where I can impact athletes and people more directly through my own training and nutrition expertise.

How do you motivate yourself to achieve this goal?

For me, my internal motivation to achieve these goals is passion. I love being active, i love being scientific and measuring my calories, tracking my workouts/progress, and helping other clients with their own fitness goals. I believe there is so much out there to learn and improve in this world which motivates me to keep learning, meeting new people, and working hard everyday. External motivations for myself would obviously be becoming a well recognized individual in the sports/fitness industry and also make great money in the process! Getting recognition from people or making a permanent change in a client’s life through training and nutrition really motivates me to keep going.. especially with transformation pics.

What is your best sport memory?

My greatest sport memory to date was being awarded Defensive MVP as a captain of my football team. I remember in our District Championship my senior year I recorded a safety in the 1st quarter and intercepted a pass in the 4th quarter and ran it back 40 yards for an “INT” which sealed the victory for us. I had 14 tackles that game, 1 fumble, 1 fumble recovery and 3 sacks. I will say though that as I continue to compete in other sports now… they are all great memories!!

Who is your role model?

I have a few role models that I learn from such as “Gary Vee” (business) | Abe Lincoln (values) | Steve Cook (fitness) | “Rocky Balboa” (motivation)

What is your favorite training exercise and why?

My absolute favorite training exercise is the Barbell Back Squat, it stimulates almost every muscle in the body, builds strong powerful leg muscles to increase performance, and builds a strong foundation for the rest of your body to grow. Chicks dig big arms but they LOVE big legs! haha
